Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris sells the products on its website only to the end consumer. Any order that does not match a sale to final consumers and, more generally, any or suspected fraudulent order as such, will be considered by SAS Institute Caméane / Arcancil Paris as null and void.


1. Subject to Terms and Conditions (preamble)
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to define the contractual relationship between the customer of the site www.arcancil.com (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you") and the merchant's site Arcancil Paris (hereinafter referred to as "Website" or "www.arcancil.com") owned by INSTITUTE CAMEANE SAS; inform the customer about the terms and conditions under which the website makes the sale and delivery of products ordered and define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products through the website Arcancil Paris to its customers.

4. Contract formation and orders
        - Product Features
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website Arcancil Paris on the day of browsing the site by the user.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in the photographs, descriptions and colours we indicate for each product sold on our website. However, photographs, colours and descriptions are not contractual and are provided for information purposes only, and they do not commit Caméane Institute SAS / Arcancil Paris.
        - Offers and prices
All offers of products offered on the website are not limited to metropolitan France. These promotional offers are only valid in the limit of validity of the commercial offer.
Rates offered on the website are the prices in euro VAT inclusive, excluding shipping costs. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of delivery and place of delivery chosen by the customer and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the price of selected products.
        - Availability
Our range of products offered on the website is only valid within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product after placing the order, we will contact you by email within 15 days from the date of your order to inform you and tell you how quickly this product could, if necessary, be delivered to you. In case of unavailability of the final product, we can offer a similar product of equivalent commercial value or credit your account with a credit of an equivalent amount that you can use at any time on the site www.arcancil.com or reimburse you the equivalent amount by cheque.

        - Order
The customer who wishes to buy a product must register by providing all the information requested from the form provided for this purpose in "Sign in."
When the customer confirms the order by clicking on "Submit", he/she states they accept it and all the Terms and Conditions. Thus, the confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the Conditions, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.


All data recorded and confirmed constitute valid proof of the transaction. Confirmation signifies signing and acceptance of transactions.
Institute Caméane SAS / Paris Arcancil send a confirmation email to the customer with a summary of the order. After that, your order will be sent to our Customer Service to be treated as soon as possible.
Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris recommends that the customer keep this information on paper or on computer.
Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.


5. Payment
The payment of your purchases operates exclusively in euro and occurs when the customer places an order.
        - Means
After learning of the status of their order, and once all information requested has been completed by the customer, the customer clicks on the payment method chosen to confirm their order.
The client has three ways of payment: cheque (from a bank domiciled in France), credit card or PayPal.


        - Terms
a) Payment may be made immediately on internet by Credit Card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) by entering the data corresponding to the credit card (number, expiry date and security code number on the back).
b) The customer can also use PayPal on the website Arcancil Paris to pay their orders.

PayPal, an eBay company, is a system for fast and secure payment.

Once a payment is made via PayPal, the buyer is redirected to the PayPal website where they can access their account by entering their email address and personal password.
By choosing to pay via PayPal, the amount is debited directly to the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) or prepaid card (PostePay) selected. PayPal protects the privacy of the buyer so no financial data is disclosed.
PayPal sends an email confirmation for each transaction made using this payment method.
Please note that the order amount is debited from your PayPal account during the validation of the order on the site www.arcancil.com.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

c) If you do not provide your bank details, you can pay by bank cheque payable to SAS INSTITUTE CAMEANE. In this case, you must accompany your payment with your identifier and order number which will be communicated at the end of your purchase on the site.

Payment by cheque is only possible for cheques drawn on a bank domiciled in France.

For payment by check, your order will be processed upon receipt and cashing of your cheque and the applicable delivery begins to run from the date of receipt of your cheque. In addition, the order will be automatically cancelled if the check has not been received after 7 days.
In case of cancellation, a refund cheque will be sent to your mailing address as soon as possible.


        - Security
Payments by credit card are secured. They are conducted by the CIC which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), 24/7, so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can read it in transit on the network. This information is unreadable, nobody can use it without your knowledge: payment by credit card is totally secure. Thus, no payment data about you is stored on Arcancil Paris' site, eliminating any possibility of fraud by hacking our site.


6. Delivery and receipt
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering, the customer is responsible for providing all the necessary details for the proper routing of the package. As such, the customer will be able to deliver the order to a different address than their own, provided they state where when filling in delivery data.


Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris delivers its products in countries served by the carriers Colissimo and Chronopost, under the legislation in force in each country.
Purchase invoices are present in the package sent to the customer at the address stated when they made their order on the Arcancil Paris website.


        - Modes of delivery
Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris currently offers two modes of delivery:


1. Standard delivery by Colissimo. This allows you to receive your package within 2-5 days maximum if delivery is made in France.


2. Express delivery by Chronopost. This allows you to receive your package within 2 working days maximum if delivery is made in France.

The charges cover only a portion of the actual costs associated with processing your order. Risks are considered the responsibility of the customer from the date on which the goods ordered have left the seller's premises.
Shipping fees are free from 30 euros purchase only when the shipping address is located in France.
The choice of shipping methods and their prices can change over time and will be updated in the Terms and Conditions.


        - Delivery times
Institute Caméane SAS/Arcancil Paris agrees to process your order in 48 working hours maximum. Concretely, this means that from the moment of receipt of your order and the posting of the parcel at the post office, it does not go over 48 hours. It therefore does not delay the delivery time. Note that exception is made for orders received in the afternoon on Friday and over the weekend, as explained in the table below:

In France, the customer will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days after the order validation by SAS Institute Caméane / Arcancil Paris depending on the shipping method chosen. Except for orders paid by cheque, since the shipment of the order is after the check is received and cashed.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris strives to meet the delivery times stated on the website. However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or loss of a package caused by a third party to the contract of carriage or by you or due to a cause unpredictable and insurmountable case of force majeure. Thus, any overshoot in the time specified cannot result in the payment of damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the customer.

        - Anomaly, damaged parcel
The customer or the recipient of the order is asked to verify the apparent condition of the package and product on delivery.
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check the conformity of the products delivered. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged, missing, damaged packaging) must be reported to our Customer Service Department on the day of receipt of your package, or at the latest the first business day following receipt of package.
Any claims made beyond this deadline will automatically be rejected and the responsibility of the Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris could not be called into question.
In the case of a fault on the package (package damaged, opened, liquid traces, etc.) or ordered products (product (s) missing (s) Product (s) damage (s)), the customer or the recipient of the order may contact Customer Service Arcancil Paris at +33 (0) 1 71 19 95 92 or serviceclient@arcancil.com to know how to return the product (s).
All product returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer, the shipping is not refunded in case Caméane Institute SAS / Arcancil Paris is indeed the cause of the error in the attached order.
Any claim for non-compliance or defect of the delivered products must comply with the returns procedure detailed below:

And
- The product must be in its original condition, inviolability tags intact
And
- The product must be in its original packaging and unopened
And
- The product must not have been used
Otherwise, the products will be deemed compliant and free from defect.


7. Law and withdrawal periods
        - Period for exercising the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling off period of seven days from the date of receipt of the parcel to exercise its statutory right to withdrawal or return a product without having to give a reason, to get an exchange or refund. When the time expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.


        - Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

If the above conditions are met, SAS Institute Caméane / Paris Arcancil make a refund by cheque. The refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the exercise of this right.


8. Retention of title
Products delivered remain our property until their shipment upon delivery by the carrier, once you have paid the price. By payment of the price, the parties understand the collection by Arcancil Paris of the payment made by the customer, including fees and taxes.


9. Intellectual Property
In accordance with the laws governing the ownership of literary and artistic rights or other similar rights, this site and all elements of the site www.arcancil.com, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SAS Institute Caméane / Arcancil Paris and its providers.
No person is authorised to reproduce, use, repost or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site, including graphics, logos, software, video or audio. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark law or patent law.
Any single link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris. Thus, any link that has not been expressly authorised should be removed at the request of the Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris.


10. Signature and proof
Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris works to protect the personal data of its customers. The customer must also maintain the security of its personal information as online transactions such as not communicating username and / or password must be changed regularly, to anyone. As such, SAS Institute Caméane / Arcancil Paris cannot be held liable for the disclosure of customer information to any individual who used their identifiers. 11. Archive/Evidence

Therefore, if a person does not have legal capacity to order articles on the website of the Institute Caméane SAS / Arcancil Paris, their legal representatives (parents, guardians) assume full responsibility for this control and should particularly honour the price.


13. Texts, laws / jurisdiction

Regarding sponsorship forms, the Caméane Institute SAS / Arcancil Paris website is not responsible for fraudulous entries of referrals or registrations.


17. Changing terms and conditions of sale
Given possible evolutions of the site, SAS Institute Caméane / Arcancil Paris reserves the right to modify and update its Terms and Conditions without notice.
